Terms of Service

FutCheer (futcheer.com) is a discovery platform for soccer watch parties, operated by Buzz Near Me, a sole proprietorship registered under the laws of India (“FutCheer”, “we”). By using FutCheer you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of content you post (party titles/descriptions, venue submissions). You grant FutCheer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as part of operating the service.

Don’t post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, based on our reporting and moderation processes. If your content is removed or your account is suspended and you believe we got it wrong, write to support@futcheer.com — we will review the decision and respond.

FutCheer is a discovery platform. We do not operate, host, supervise, or endorse any event or venue listed on FutCheer, and we are not a party to any arrangement between organizers, venues, and attendees.

If you attend: you do so at your own risk. Listing details (times, addresses, whether a venue is showing a match) may be inaccurate or change without notice.

If you organize: you are solely responsible for your event — its safety, legality, venue arrangements, capacity, and any permissions or licenses it requires.

Listings may link to external websites — for example an event page on a ticketing platform or a venue’s own site. FutCheer is not responsible for external sites, their content, their ticketing or payment flows, or the events they host. Leaving futcheer.com is at your own risk and subject to the destination’s terms.

Venues may pay to feature their listings. Promoted listings are labeled. Promotion purchases are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and Dodo’s terms and refund policy govern those purchases.

If you believe content on FutCheer infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@futcheer.com including: the work infringed, the URL of the infringing content, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We will remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.

FutCheer is an independent platform operated by Buzz Near Me. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, or with any official organiser, governing body, confederation, member association, league, or broadcaster of the 2026 international football tournament, or with any national team. Team names and national flags are used only to identify the real-world matches and venues you can discover through the service. All trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutCheer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at events discovered through the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (for fans: zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the UK or the EU, nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms; if changes are material we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@futcheer.com.
